E.ON Bulgaria marks the International Consumer’s Day as it is organizing two initiatives under the heading “Let us be active”

E.ON Bulgaria is organizing two initiatives in the period 16.03 – 25.03 for its customers on the occasion of the International Consumer’s Day which is marked on March 15th every year.

All household customers, who have paid their electricity bills on time during the last six months, will automatically take part in “Loyal customers” lottery.

On 13th of March 100 winners will be selected who will receive a set of rucksack, T-shirt and cup. They will be distributed between the nine regions, serviced by E.ON Bulgaria (Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Silistra, Ruse, Razgrad, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo and Targovishte).

The data update gives an opportunity for better communication and more correct attitude between the customers and the company.

In this respect the second initiative is addressed to all household customers who respond to the appeal of the company to update their data in the period 16.03 – 20.03 (batch holder, post address, telephone number for feed-back) in the Customer Service Centres of the company. Every day, within the frames of this period, one customer for each of the nine regions will win a set of T-shirt and cap.

All winners will be selected in the presence of a notary and will be informed by representatives of the company on the phone and with a letter. Their names will also be published on the internet page of the company www.eon-bulgaria.com.

Each winner will be able to receive his/her prize in the Customer Service Centres in the respective region as he/she presents his/her Identification card.

The new initiatives are the successive steps of the company to improving the service and to better communication between the customers and the company.
