Do you know how the end price of the electric power for private customers is forming?

E.ON Bulgaria started the distribution of a detailed brochure and a poster which are giving clear and detailed information for the price elements and the place of E.ON Bulgaria at the electric energy market. The information materials of the campaign “Way of energy” introduce to the customers with interesting facts about::
• How the electric power reaches their homes along the whole chain of the electric energy market – from the producer to the end consumer;
• Which are the participants at the electric energy market and what is their role;
• How the price of the electric power is being formed, what are their elements and who enforce them;
• What is the share of “E.ON Bulgaria Sales” and “E.ON Bulgaria Grid” in the end price for a private customer;
• Which are the key moments in the General terms as relations between E.ON Bulgaria and the customers;

With the distribution of these materials by all effective channels of communication, E.ON Bulgaria is the first electricity distribution company which announces by so transparent and detailed way the formation of the price for electric power.

The brochure and the poster “Way of energy” will be at the disposal of the customers in all Customer service centers of the company and at the cashier-desks of the partner of the company EasyPay. The information materials are at the disposal of the customers also on the internet page of the company (www.eon-bulgaria.com) and in a few weeks they will be enclosed to some editions of the regional press

In addition to “Way of energy” the company will give at the back of the sale’s slips and the invoices information about the new price elements which the bills for electric power will consist of, resulting of the decision of the State energy and water regulatory commission for the new prices of the electric power, that have come into force as from 1st of July.

E.ON Bulgaria has also updated the section “Frequently asked questions” (FAQ) on its internet page in which the customers could get acquainted with the main questions referring to the activity of the company
