E.ON Bulgaria gave away 145 presents on the occasion of the International Consumers Day


E.ON Bulgaria brought joy to 145 of its clients on the occasion of the International Consumer Day which is marked on March 15th every year. In relation to this the company organized two initiatives for the clients that were conducted in the period March 16 – 25.

All household customers, who had paid their electricity bills on time during the last six months, automatically took part in the “Loyal customers” lottery.

On March 13th were drawn the 100 winners, who received a set of a rucksack, T-shirt and a cup. The awards were distributed between the nine regions, serviced by E.ON Bulgaria (Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Silistra, Ruse, Razgrad, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo and Targovishte).

The second initiative was addressed to all household customers who responded to the appeal of E.ON Bulgaria to update their data (batch holder, address for correspondence, telephone for a feedback) in the period 16.03. – 20.03 in the Call Centres for Customer Care of the company. Every day, within the framework of this period, one customer of each of the nine regions, was lucky to win a set of a T-shirt and a cap. The update of the customers’ data base gives the opportunity for a better communication and more correct relationship between the customers and the company.

“The winners were pleasantly surprised by our initiatives and were happy that they had been picked out among thousands. Some of them thanked us that their correct attitude towards the company is appreciated” declared Galina Barbukova, Coordinator Customer Care Centre – Ruse.

The new initiatives on the occasion of the International Consumer’s Day were the next step of the company for service improvement and for a better communication between the customers and the company.
