30.06.2008 г. Change in tariffs for electricity as of July, 1st 2008
Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that with a decision
№ C - 021/26.06.2008 the State Energy and Regulatory Commission (SEWRC) approved new tariffs for electric power supply of
E.ON Bulgaria Sales AD and for electric power distribution of E.ON Bulgaria Grid AD as follows:
- Business customers
(enterprises with less than 50 people hired personnel and with annual turnover up to BGN 19,5 million)

With the same decision a new tariff structure of the distribution price was also approved. According to it, the distribution price is formed as a total of access price and transmission price over the electric distribution grid of E.ON Bulgaria Grid AD for the respective voltage level. The access price is paid by everyone,
as the directly connected to a substation of the National Electric Company customers pay only this price.

What will be the changes for you?
As a consequence, the decision of the SEWRC about changes in electricity tariffs as of July, 1st 2008 and in compliance with the General terms and conditions for electric power transmission over the electric distribution grids of E.ON Bulgaria Grid (GTC), a meter – reading upon a supplemental schedule of all customers will be performed in the period 01.07.2008 to 10.07.2008.
Such meter – reading does not impair your interests and is in compliance with the effective General terms and conditions, as the electricity consumed by you up to the meter – reading date will be invoiced according to the effective until 30.06.2008 older prices, which are lower.
It is important to know that E.ON Bulgaria prolongs the time limit for the electricity bills’ payment for June, as follows:
- For household and retail business customers until 31.07.2008.
- For large business customers until 21.07.2008.

The price increase for end customers is due to the increased prices of the producers of energy and the prices for electricity and transmission of the National Electric Company EAD.
