In July 2011 the company E.ON Bulgaria Trading EOOD, which was established in fall 2005 and holds a license for trade in electricity (№ Л-199-15/27.02.2006), changed its company name to E.ON Bulgaria Energy Services EOOD. The company is 100% owned by E.ON Bulgaria EAD with head office in Varna.

The purpose of E.ON Bulgaria Energy Services EOOD is to sell electricity to customers registered on the free market at bilaterally negotiated prices. The company has already 5 years of experience as registered participant on the free market of electricity in Bulgaria.

Meanwhile, the company is supplying electricity to the biggest customers of the E.ON Bulgaria Group. The supply is based on specific energy load profiles and consumption forecasts of the customers. Our qualified Key account managers support and advise the customers so as to ensure a secure and advantageous electricity supply. In order to guarantee attractive offers to its customers, E.ON Bulgaria Energy Services EOOD operates actively on the emerging wholesale market in Bulgaria.
