Campaign E.ON Direct Debit

The Direct Debit is the easiest way for you to pay automatically their monthly electricity bills.

It saves you time and efforts, as well as the necessity of waiting in front of the cash desks; avoids the risk of delaying or lapsing of the payment; it is a more convenient way of paying because the bank, chosen by the customer settles the payment and gives you the opportunity to pay the bills of your relatives.

Switch to direct debit and become part of the campaign E.ON Direct debit.

In the period September 1st - November 30th you can take advantage of our special offer – your monthly bank transaction fee will be undertaken and will be deducted from your electricity bill at the end of the campaign.

You can subscribe to the service as you:

  • Use or open a Direct Debit account in leva in a bank of your own choice
  • Declare your readiness to switch to Direct Debit service by a single completion of the form “Agreement for Direct Debit”
  • Show the receipt for the last electricity bill, by pointing out your Customer number or old subscriber number

What is important for you to know is:
  • To replenish your payment account on a regular basis, because the bank transfers your monthly debt only if there is an available amount in it;
  • You can define a maximum sum for payment of your bills, which means, that if there are demands which surpass the sum, the bank will not perform the payment;
  • We agree to inform you in a 5-day day period after an inquiry on your part on problems that have occurred during the transfer and the reasons for them.

Every customer of the banks UBB, SG Expressbank, DSK Bank, UniCredit Bulbank, Allianz Bank Bulgaria, Postbank, EIBank, FIB, Raiffeisenbank and ProCredit Bank can use the Direct Debit service.

The banks that collaborate on the E.ON Direct Debit campaign are United Bulgarian Bank and Societe Generale Expressbank.
