E.ON Bulgaria is the first electricity distribution company in Bulgaria which
at the beginning of 2007 introduced to its customers the services of a unified
telephone number for the whole territory of supply. This was an important step
of the company towards the improvement of the service quality.
By calling 0700 1 61 61 the customers can
contact the operators in the Call centre from everywhere in the country,
7 days a week, 24
hours a day. One call is at the price of one
city phone call and depends on the tariff plan of the customer.
After the launch of this huge project the company has significantly improved
service by providing the customers with better opportunities for receiving and
communicating information.
