1. What should I do if I have doubts regarding a breakdown of electric appliances due to aggravated quality of the energy service?
You have to inform the company about your doubts as you file a written complaint to E.ON Bulgaria within the frames of 3 working days from the date when the damages have been registered. The complaint has to be personally signed by the customer with an indicated customer’s number, exact address of the site and address for correspondence,
a telephone number for a feedback and a description of the determined damages. Within 24 hours from receiving the complaint, E.ON Bulgaria will send
its representative to clarify the case and to make out a written statement of ascertainment.
After considering the circumstances on the written statement of ascertainment and in case of detecting a fault of
E.ON Bulgaria Grid AD, the company will pay off a compensation for the expenses done on the repair works of the damaged appliances.
For this aim you have to submit in one of the Customer Care Centers an invoice with a seal true copy of the original,
as well as a bank account via which you will have your expenses recovered.
