1. What should I do, if I want a new property to be linked to the grid of E.ON Bulgaria Grid AD and supplied with electricity by E.ON Bulgaria Sales AD?
If your property is not yet connected to the distribution grid of E.ON Bulgaria or it needs a change in the installations, you must prepare and submit a set of papers in a Customer Care Centre of your choice. A full list of the required papers and detailed information regarding the subscription procedure you can find
here or at the twenty-four-hour phone line
0700 161 61(at the standard rate for a local call).
If your property is already linked to the distribution grid of E.ON Bulgaria and needs no change in the installations, you must sign a contract for purchasing of electricity by submitting an application at one of the Customer Care Centers. Within a 7(seven)-day period from the date of signing of an Application for purchase-sale of energy, E.ON Bulgaria Grid AD provides voltage to the linking installations of the property and takes the readings of the energy meter.

2. Should I do anything if I am about to sell a property supplied with electricity by E.ON Bulgaria Sales AD?
You need to terminate your contract agreement with E.ON Bulgaria Sales AD for this specific property within 30 (thirty) days after the sale. You should do this by submitting an application personally or through an authorized person in the nearest Customer Care Centre.
After you application is submitted, the company will send a representative to take the reading of the energy meter and will prepare an invoice for your last payment. When you pay the amount due of this invoice, the contract agreement for purchase-sale of energy will be considered as terminated.
If you do not terminate your agreement, you will continue to appear as a customer of the company and any further charges incurred by future users of this property will appear under your name.
