  • 2. What should I do if I want to receive my correspondence from E.ON Bulgaria on an address different from the address of the site or if I change my address for correspondence?
    If you decide to change the address for correspondence, get in touch with our operators at 0700 161 61 (at the price of a city phone call), in order to update your address in our database. The service is free of charge and is done in the course of 24 hours. In case you do not do this all notification letters from the company will be sent to you previous address, as this is the address which the company has at its disposal.



    3. Is my personal data, which I submit to E.ON Bulgaria, protected?
    Yes. E.ON Bulgaria is a registered administrator of personal data at LPPD (Law on Protection of Personal Data).
